"I recently purchased a dining table from IAAH. One thing to keep in mind is that the delivery timelines they commit are exactly what they follow. In my case, the table was promised in 30–40 days, and it was delivered right around the 40th day. So, if your product is being manufactured, don’t expect it to arrive before time. That said, the wait was worth it as the product quality is excellent. "Have had a very unpleasant experience with IAAH. Went to their store in Noida. The collection is quite good but almost everything has some finishing issue. I bought 2 hurricane lamps, 2 candle holders, and a a console table. The decor items had minor stains on the glass so they told me they would pack new pieces but when I got home the pieces were even more stained than the ones on display. The console has issues with its polish so they told me they’ll re-polish it and deliver it to my house in 2-3 days. My POC was Rohan. Nothing arrived in 3 days. I had to Call Rohan multiple times about my delivery and he kept saying he would get back to me but he never did. After so many follow ups, I got the console after almost a week with horrible finishing damage! I called Rohan who didn’t pick up. When I finally managed to speak to him, he said it must have gotten damage during delivery and I should have just returned it."

"One of my worst purchases. Bought a rug back in April 2023 . It was shedding a LOT, I was told shedding stops with time Every other day I have to vacuum and it never ever stopped shedding. It’s still shedding truck loads. It’s crazy ! Tried waiting for more than a year but now I am going to just buy a new rug What a shame !"
